Who we are

Eraform is made by IMP4CT Media, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) run for the account and risk of Adriaan Abraham Martinus (Youri) de Rooij. IMP4CT Media is the controller for the personal data described here.

What we store and why

• Account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, your name. To give you an account and keep your data in sync.
• What you log: workouts, sets, routines, runs and other activities (including GPS routes while you track one), food diary, body weight and measurements, sleep, standards, eras and training plans. To show your progress, plans and stats.
• Health data you allow: from Apple Health or Health Connect, only the types you switch on (workouts, heart rate, steps, active energy, sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, body weight, nutrition). Health data is used only to show it in Eraform and to build your plans. It is never used for advertising and never sold or shared for marketing.
• Photos: a profile photo if you add one. A photo of a nutrition label is sent once to read it and is not stored.
• Feedback: what you send through Send feedback, with the app version and your phone's operating system, so we can fix what you report.

We process this data to provide the app you asked for (performance of a contract). Health data is a special category of personal data under the GDPR. We process it only with your explicit consent, which you give in the app before connecting Apple Health or Health Connect, and which you can withdraw any time in your phone's Health settings.

Where it's stored

On your phone, and with an account in our database at Supabase, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each account can only read its own data. Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this happens under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Era AI

Era AI is an AI coach, not a person and not a doctor. When you message Era AI or scan a nutrition label, we send your message (or the photo) and a short summary of your recent data to Anthropic, which runs the AI model, to write the answer. Anthropic processes it on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. Your chat history stays on your phone. Era AI gives training and habit guidance, not medical advice.

Services we use

Each only for its own job, under a data processing agreement: Supabase (database and login), Anthropic (Era AI), Brevo (account emails such as sign-in codes), Google and Apple (only if you choose to sign in with them), Open Food Facts (barcode lookups; only the barcode is sent) and Strava (only if you connect it).

Your rights

You can see and export your data in the app (You → Export my data), correct it, and delete your account and all synced data in the app (You → Account → Delete account). You can also ask us to do any of this, restrict or object to processing, or ask for a copy of your data, by emailing support@eraform.app. We answer within a month. You may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

How long

As long as you have an account. When you delete it, your synced data is deleted right away; backups roll over within 30 days. Data on your phone stays until you delete it or remove the app.

Age

Eraform is for people aged 16 and over.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above and tell you in the app.

Wat we bewaren en waarom

• Account: je e-mailadres en, als je inlogt met Google of Apple, je naam. Om je een account te geven en je data te synchroniseren.
• Wat je logt: workouts, sets, routines, hardlooprondes en andere activiteiten (inclusief GPS-routes terwijl je er een bijhoudt), voedingsdagboek, lichaamsgewicht en metingen, slaap, standaarden, era’s en trainingsschema’s. Om je voortgang, schema’s en statistieken te tonen.
• Gezondheidsdata die je toestaat: uit Apple Gezondheid of Health Connect, alleen de soorten die je aanzet (workouts, hartslag, stappen, actieve energie, slaap, HRV, rusthartslag, lichaamsgewicht, voeding). Deze data gebruiken we alleen om het in Eraform te tonen en je schema’s te maken. Nooit voor advertenties, en nooit verkocht of gedeeld voor marketing.
• Foto’s: een profielfoto als je die toevoegt. Een foto van een voedingsetiket wordt één keer verstuurd om hem te lezen en niet bewaard.
• Feedback: wat je verstuurt via Stuur feedback, met de appversie en het besturingssysteem van je telefoon, zodat we kunnen oplossen wat je meldt.

We verwerken deze data om je de app te leveren waar je om vroeg (uitvoering van een overeenkomst). Gezondheidsdata is een bijzondere categorie persoonsgegevens onder de AVG. Die verwerken we alleen met je uitdrukkelijke toestemming, die je in de app geeft voordat je Apple Gezondheid of Health Connect koppelt, en die je altijd kunt intrekken in de gezondheidsinstellingen van je telefoon.

Waar het staat

Op je telefoon, en met een account in onze database bij Supabase, gehost in Frankfurt, Duitsland (EU). Data is versleuteld tijdens verzending en opslag, en elk account kan alleen zijn eigen data lezen. Als een dienstverlener data buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte verwerkt, gebeurt dat onder de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.

Era AI

Era AI is een AI-coach, geen mens en geen arts. Als je Era AI een bericht stuurt of een voedingsetiket scant, sturen we je bericht (of de foto) en een korte samenvatting van je recente data naar Anthropic, dat het AI-model draait, om het antwoord te schrijven. Anthropic verwerkt dit in onze opdracht en gebruikt het niet om zijn modellen te trainen. Je chatgeschiedenis blijft op je telefoon. Era AI geeft advies over training en gewoontes, geen medisch advies.

Diensten die we gebruiken

Elk alleen voor zijn eigen taak, onder een verwerkersovereenkomst: Supabase (database en inloggen), Anthropic (Era AI), Brevo (accountmails zoals inlogcodes), Google en Apple (alleen als je daarmee inlogt), Open Food Facts (barcodes opzoeken; alleen de barcode wordt verstuurd) en Strava (alleen als je het koppelt).

Je rechten

Je kunt je data in de app bekijken en exporteren (Jij → Exporteer mijn data), aanpassen, en je account met alle gesynchroniseerde data verwijderen (Jij → Account → Account verwijderen). Je kunt ons ook vragen om dit te doen, de verwerking te beperken of er bezwaar tegen te maken, of om een kopie van je data, via support@eraform.app. We antwoorden binnen een maand. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Hoe lang

Zolang je een account hebt. Verwijder je het, dan wordt je gesynchroniseerde data direct verwijderd; back-ups zijn binnen 30 dagen overschreven. Data op je telefoon blijft staan tot je het verwijdert of de app verwijdert.

Leeftijd

Eraform is voor mensen van 16 jaar en ouder.

Wijzigingen

Als we dit beleid wijzigen, passen we de datum hierboven aan en laten we het je weten in de app.
